Returns

Unworn items with the original tags and packaging can be returned. Start the request within 7 days of delivery by emailing your order number to support@zorevella.com, then send the item back within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we made the error, in which case we cover it. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of arrival, back to your original payment method.
