FAQs

Ordering

How do I know what size to take?
Every product page has a Size & Fit section with the measurements for that specific piece and a note on whether it runs true to size. Sizing is not identical across styles, so it is worth checking each time rather than assuming.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as you can. Once an order has gone to fulfilment we can no longer change it, but until that point we usually can.

Do you restock sold out pieces?
Sometimes, though not always. Popular pieces are more likely to return than one off styles.

Delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared first, then shipped. Both stages are set out with current timings on our Delivery & Returns page.

Where do you ship to?
See the Delivery & Returns page for the current list of destinations and costs.

Are taxes and duties included?
The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional charges added at checkout and nothing further is collected on delivery.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before writing to us.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes, within the window set out on our Delivery & Returns page, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags attached.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued once the return has been received and checked. Your bank then takes its own few days to show the money.

Can I exchange rather than refund?
The quickest route is to return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. That way you are not waiting on two shipments in sequence.

The pieces themselves

How should I care for them?
Care instructions are on every product page and on the label. Most of our fabrics prefer dry cleaning, and following that is the difference between a piece lasting one season and lasting years.

Are your photographs accurate?
Every photograph is chosen to show the dress as clearly as we can: the silhouette, the details and the way it falls. Screens vary, so a color can read slightly warmer or cooler than it does in the room.
